All rooms in the Rainberghof apartment house are non-smoking rooms.
You may smoke on the balcony.
You can gladly bring small animals (dogs, for example) after prior agreement. The cost for each four-legged friend is EURO 6.00 per day, without food.
A hotel booking is a sales contract. If you cancel, arrive late, leave early etc., there will be cancellation fees. The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel contract apply. If there is a last minute cancellation or no-show, we have the right to charge up to 90% of the total cost.
Everyone can have something come up last minute (illness, accident, etc.). So, we advise that your take out travel cancellation insurance.
We recommend Elvia hotel cancellation insurance. You can take out your cancellation insurance right online.
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. The following costs apply:
- up to 3 months before arrival, no fee, up to 1 month before the arrival day, 40% of the total package price
- up to 1 week before the arrival day, 70% of the total package price
- during the last week before the arrival date, 90% of the total package price
- The entire amount must be paid if you leave early.
